The Project Lead (Civil) will oversee project execution, coordination, and delivery while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
Coordination and Communication:
Liaise with clients, their representatives, and relevant authorities.
Attend and represent the company in all project-related meetings.
Project Planning and Execution:
Obtain NOCs from authorities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Supervise staff and subcontractor activities at work sites.
Plan and schedule project tasks to ensure timely completion.
Visit clients periodically to maintain relationships and secure additional work.
Resource Management:
Ensure adequate subcontractors and materials are available for project completion.
Manage material requests from clients and internal teams.
Authorize the release of materials to subcontractors and reconcile material usage.
Documentation and Reporting:
Submit invoices on time and verify diary sheets.
Certify subcontractor work and finalize project documentation upon completion.
Prepare and submit reports to higher management.
Quality and Safety Assurance:
Monitor and enforce safety, quality, and standard specifications at all project sites.
