- Oversee office day to day activities mainly Reception duties - Meeting and greeting clients, answering phone.
- Meeting room scheduling / booking for staff and client. Initiating telecommunications, organizing client conferences, and meetings.
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, designing filing systems, reviewing, purchasing supplies and performing clerical functions
- Responsible in the Onboarding of external employees.
- Managing all other responsibilities of receptionist role.
- Sending & receiving couriers documents
- Preparing building access for new joiners and visitors and log book.
- Maintains confidentiality.
