The Sales Consultant is responsible for meeting or exceeding the sales targets, all while enhancing the customer service experience and fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients.
What you will do:
• Achieve or surpass monthly and annual sales targets, optimizing business profitability by focusing on both net sales and gross margin. Utilize discounts strategically as a tool to close deals effectively.
• Conduct regular customer visits and field assessments to understand business needs, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Present and demonstrate trucks by clearly explaining their features, capabilities, and specifications. Offer test drives and inform customers about warranties and services.
• Maintain an unwavering focus on exceeding customer satisfaction across all interactions.
• Reach out to prospective customers and manage assigned accounts within the designated territory.
• Monitor and ensure that overdue payments stay within the agreed-upon limits.
• Participate actively in sales meetings, training sessions, and refresher courses, ensuring you are informed of new product offerings. Notify the Sales Manager or Branch Manager if additional training is needed.
