Central hub of sales operations. Act as company’s back end with customers as well an interface between sales and supply chain departments, provides comprehensive support to Sales as well as business development in coordination on dispatches, invoicing, client current stocks & market intelligence ensuring growth of the entire sales processes. Operations background of Cementing, Drilling & Stimulation is preferred.
Job Responsibilities: o Serve as the back end that coordinates with client’s material managers, providing insights on their potential PRs and stock levels as well as market intelligence of other competitors in a timely and professional manner. o Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and all ERP system inputs with a high degree of accuracy for sales. o Generate and seek opportunities with assigned account customers. o Coordinate closely with supply chain department to ensure order specifications, blending schedules, to perform requests for shipment and follow up delivery timelines and ensure they are met. o Generate and seek approval for all necessary shipping documentation formalities with corresponding department managers. o Record and Monitor orders from initiation throughout delivery, proactively communicating any changes or potential delays to the sales team and clients. o Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with client material managers and junior supply chain staff. o Support in preventing any potential sales and supply chain issues with the relevant client teams via close contact and operations surveillance. o Schedule and coordinate client meetings, and presentations for the sales teams. o Perform periodic visits to clients to support sales for assigned accounts. o Close or assist in closing sales opportunities via smart follow-ups on new and open orders. o Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate client information, interactions, and opportunity pipelines. o Prepare regular sales reports, including order status, sales performance metrics, and market activity analysis for management review. o Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales activities such as records per client, number of new clients acquired, monthly targets, quarter targets, and annual targets. o Assist in the preparation of proposals to clients ensuring picking right solution as product champion. o Maintain an up-to-date library of technical data sheets and safety data sheets (SDS). o Manage the sales team's calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports
