Sales Support & Coordination: Assist the Sales Manager in preparing quotations, technical submittals, and tender documents for the Coastal products. Coordinate with the engineering and production departments to ensure product specifications and delivery timelines meet client requirements. Follow up with clients on quotations, orders, and pending approvals. Maintain updated records of customer inquiries, quotations, and order status in the sales tracking system. Prepare and manage sales contracts and ensure all required documentation is up to date at all times. Order Processing & Documentation: Receive and process purchase orders; verify pricing, delivery terms, and technical specifications. Coordinate with logistics for dispatch schedules and track deliveries. Liaise with the accounts department for invoicing, payments, and credit approvals. Ensure accurate filing of sales documents and correspondence. Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer inquiries and provide. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors in the infrastructure and utilities sectors. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports. Track sales targets, forecasts, and pending project opportunities. Provide administrative support during trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
