Enquiry Management:
Monitor and track all incoming sales inquiries through various channels.
Ensure timely follow-up and documentation of each inquiry in the CRM or tracking system.
Sales Team Support:
Maintain the daily meeting schedules and appointments of all sales representatives.
Ensure sales reps are well-equipped with updated product information, pricing, and technical data.
Coordinate internal approvals and price negotiations when required.
Order Conversion:
Proactively ensure that every inquiry is being followed up until it is either converted into a confirmed order or closed.
Identify bottlenecks in the conversion process and support the team in overcoming them.
Customer Engagement:
Regularly communicate with existing and prospective customers to update them about new product launches and offers.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly — within seconds when needed — to messages, calls, or emails.
Sales Target Achievement:
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain updated dashboards and reports to measure progress against goals.
Internal Coordination:
Liaise with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth processing and delivery of orders.
Ensure the flow of communication between departments is seamless to prevent delays.
Key Skills and Attributes:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office (especially Excel), and email management
Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset
Fast responder – must be highly active during working hours
Highly motivated with a passion for supporting sales and closing deals
Knowledge of industrial products (preferably hoses, fittings, or machinery) is a plus
