The role for this position includes managing store sales, customer service, stock management, cashier and store upkeep.

Job Description:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness

• Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash management

• Manage stock: replenishment, tagging, and inventory checks

• Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints effectively

• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions and trends
