Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles based on their needs, preferences, and budget
Provide detailed and accurate information on vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available financing options
Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and demonstrations
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall showroom growth
Proactively follow up with leads, inquiries, and potential customers through calls, messages, and digital platforms
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and market trends
Coordinate with the finance team to support customers with loan, insurance, and payment solutions
Ensure showroom vehicles are clean, well-presented, and displayed according to company standards
Manage customer data and sales activities using CRM systems
Prepare sales documentation, contracts, and delivery processes accurately and efficiently
Handle customer objections professionally and provide effective solutions
Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to generate leads
Monitor competitor offerings and provide feedback to management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey, from inquiry to post-sale follow-up
Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales
Ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
