You'll work closely with our Senior Sales Operations Specialist and broader Revenue Operations team to support day-to-day CRM operations, data hygiene tasks, and process execution. Your work will have a direct impact on the accuracy and reliability of our sales data.
- Perform routine CRM data hygiene tasks, including account deduplication, record merges, and data validation
- Identify and flag data inconsistencies, incomplete records, and potential territory conflicts for review and resolution
- Support the documentation and upkeep of CRM Rules of Engagement, helping to keep processes clear and up to date
- Assist with bulk data cleanup projects, following established guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient execution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to action change requests and ensure data updates are reflected correctly across systems
- Help onboard and guide new team members on CRM data standards and best practices
