Job Summary:
- We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA Migration Consultant to lead and support the end-to-end migration of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background SAP S/4HANA, with expertise in data migration, process mapping, and transformation strategies to ensure a successful transition. The candidate should have a strong knowledge of SAP technical architecture and migration tools. Knowledge of Oracle EBS would be nice to have.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration of business processes and data from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA
- Perform system assessment, gap analysis, and migration readiness checks
- Perform data migration strategy, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
- Map Oracle EBS data structures, master data, and transactional data to SAP S/4HANA equivalents
- Collaborate with functional teams to align business processes, configurations, and customizations
- Follow migration plans, cutover plans, and rollback strategies and ensure that there is no delays in the project.
- Collaborate with business team for the migration testing (unit, integration, user acceptance) and reconciliation
- Coordinate with Oracle EBS SMEs, SAP functional and technical teams, and infrastructure teams
- Document all migration activities, outcomes, and lessons learned.
- Provide feedbacks and participate in the Plan, design, and manage the migration approach, including downtime minimization and cutover strategies
- Coordinate with Basis, functional teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth migration
- Participate in troubleshooting, and post-migration validation
- Create comprehensive documentation for all the business AS-IS processes and the TO-BE processes
- Participate in system performance tuning, optimization, and issue resolution during migration
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of Oracle technical experience, including at least 3 years in SAP migration projects
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS (Finance, SCM, HR, etc.) and SAP S/4HANA functional and technical architecture
- Hands-on expertise with OS/DB migration, Unicode conversion, system conversion
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud migration strategies is a plus
- Knowledge of data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities
- Solid understanding of business process mapping and gap analysis between Oracle EBS and SAP
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have:
- SAP S/4HANA certification (Finance, Logistics, or technical tracks)
- Oracle EBS certifications
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
- Industry experience in telecom is an added advantage
