Client Growth and Performance
- Own and drive sustainable growth across a portfolio of high-value managed accounts, with a primary focus on your dedicated platform (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Lead the strategic direction of client accounts, identifying scaling opportunities and maximizing long-term revenue and client value
- Oversee campaign performance, investment allocation, and KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate) to ensure optimal results
- Translate performance data and insights into clear, commercially impactful recommendations
- Drive incremental revenue by proactively identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio
Strategic Advisory and Cross-Functional Impact
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, guiding platform strategy, investment decisions, and growth frameworks
- Lead high-level performance reviews and executive presentations with clarity, confidence, and strong storytelling
- Design advanced media strategies, pitch decks, and data-driven solutions leveraging platform insights and tools (e.g., GWI)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and platform teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment
- Own and strengthen platform partnerships, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to unlock opportunities and resolve challenges
- Share knowledge across the organization, including performance insights, platform updates, and best practices; mentor junior team members where applicable
