We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in modern minimalist design to lead and develop sophisticated, functional, and visually refined interior spaces. The ideal candidate should have strong design leadership, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept development through execution. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of interior concepts with a strong focus on modern minimalist aesthetics. Prepare and present concept designs, mood boards, space plans, material boards, and client presentations. Develop detailed interior design packages including layouts, elevations, joinery details, and specifications. Oversee furniture, material, lighting, and finish selection in line with project vision, quality standards, and budget. Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project management teams. Review shop drawings, technical submittals, material samples, and mock-ups to ensure alignment with design intent. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and maintain execution quality. Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion. Mentor junior designers and support the team in design development and technical coordination. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to brand or client requirements. Stay updated on design trends, materials, innovations, and best practices in modern interior design.
