Microsoft Systems & Server Administration

• Manage Microsoft Windows Server environments (2012 R2, 2016, etc.).
• Patch management and reporting for all servers.
• Active Directory & ADFS administration.
• Hypervisor management (VMware, Oracle VM).
• SCCM and antivirus solution administration.
• Manage Azure Cloud services, O365, Citrix DaaS, and Defender suite.
• Backup & Recovery
• Administer and maintain enterprise backup solutions (HP, IBM, Cloud).
• Troubleshoot job failures, perform quarterly test restores, and manage backup documentation.
• Forecast storage requirements and coordinate license renewals.
• Storage & SAN Management
• Configure RAID, LUNs, Zoning, and Multipathing.
• Storage array administration, volume expansions, and Azure storage management.
• Collaborate with vendors for firmware upgrades and issue resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in a relevant Microsoft systems role.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (preferred).
• Strong knowledge in Azure, VMware, SAN, and Backup solutions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including flexible/non-standard hours.
