Recruitment and selection of suitable employees into the designated Business/Technical Unit. · Ensuring all recruitment positions have an up-to-date job description and are evaluated accordingly.
Ensure all recruitment documents are processed as per company policy.
Make recommendations where appropriate regarding improvements to existing HR policies, procedures and systems.
Maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/ confidential data in the HR Department.
Develop an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishments.
