Job Summary:
- The incumbent goal involves overseeing banking facilities, conducting bank reconciliations, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting to support organizational financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
Bank Reconciliation and Administration:
- Reconcile bank statements, resolving discrepancies promptly and efficiently
- Prepare accurate and timely Reconciliation statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Obtain Letter of Credits and Bank Guarantees, negotiating favorable Terms
Cash Management and Treasury:
- Manage Monitor fund availability for payments, forecasting cash flow requirements
- Oversee and handle petty cash operations across all over business units
- Identify excess funds for short-term deposits and investments, optimizing returns
- Manage corporate card issuance, monitoring usage and its reconciliation & ensuring compliance
- Monitor Fixed deposits with Banks and negotiate to secure better returns
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Ensures Collaborate with Financial Analyst to prepare accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Analyze financial data, identifying trends and risks
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and company policies
Audit, Risk, and Stakeholder Coordination:
- Analyze Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards
- Maintain robust internal control procedures
- Coordinate with auditors (internal, external), providing necessary documentation
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing controls & procedures
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating financial information

Minimum Required Qualifications, Certificates & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (ACCA/CA/CFA).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting and bank reconciliation preferably in transportation or service industry.
Certificates & Trainings:
Any relevant certification or training such as:
- Bank reconciliation and accounting training
- IFRS or GAAP certification
Skills
- Bank reconciliation

- Strong MS Excel, Strong drafting skills (MS Word and PowerPoint)
- Ability to respond quickly to situations/adhere to deadlines
