As a Field Operator I, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with the Company's policies, regulations, and industry best practices.Responsibilities:Maintain a strong commitment to Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and Environmental protection, prioritizing responsible care and continuous improvementAdhere to Weatherford's policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Place Practices, participating in daily operations, safety meetings, and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)Perform functional tests, inspections, and monitoring of equipment, following specific work instructions and adhering to training and competence levelsDemonstrate proficiency in maintenance processes, including unloading, disassembly, cleaning, pressure testing, visual checking, assembly, loading, and storage of tools, completing necessary documentationSkillsAbility to work long hours in physically demanding conditions.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Willingness to work in a team environment and cooperate with other crew members.
