Telesales Representative (B2B)
Roles & Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales calls to potential B2B clients and introduce our company to marketplace. Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to achieve sales targets. Prospect, identify, and qualify leads through research and cold calling. Educate clients on the benefits of our services to their businesses. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales resources. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Fix client meetings after lead generation Desired Candidate Profile Previous Telesales experience in a B2B environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to engage clients. Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities. Basic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Adaptability to changing sales approaches. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
