Roles & Responsibilities Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. Roles & Responsibilities Optimize pickers shifts at a store level, based on hourly order trend and ensure pickers availability in each store to improve turnaround. Ensure positive picker/ merchant experience through effective communication and quick resolutions to all inquiries raised by the pickers/ merchants. Analyze performance and make necessary recommendation/ corrections to ensure all targets & KPI’s are met for both the pickers as well the business. Coordinate with stake holders to ensure appropriate training and follow up on pickers assigned.
