Collaborate with warehouse operations teams to gather functional requirements and translate them into system solutions.Optimize warehouse processes, including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping workflows.Manage end-to-end integration of Infor WMS with other enterprise systems (ERP, TMS, etc.).Develop and execute test plans for system functionality, ensuring accurate deployment and performance.Provide training and support to key users and operational staff on Infor WMS functionality.Perform system troubleshooting, resolve technical issues.

Work with business stakeholders to gather and document retail requirements.Configure and customize D365 Commerce modules to meet business needs.Collaborate with developers to design and implement technical solutions, including integrations and customizations.Provide support for POS, store operations, pricing, promotions, inventory, and omni‑channel processes.Perform functional and technical testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth UAT/go‑live.Train end users and prepare functional documentation.Ensure system changes adhere to best practices and change‑management processes.
