The ideal candidate should have 3–8 years of experience in electrical works for construction projects, with strong site execution and coordination skills.Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all electrical site works in line with project specifications and authority regulationsCoordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical issuesReview and implement electrical shop drawings and material submittalsEnsure safe installation and testing of electrical systems (LV, MV, lighting, grounding, cable routing, FA, etc.)Monitor work progress, manpower, and material usage to meet project schedulesPrepare daily site reports, inspection requests, and quality checklistsAttend site inspections, authority approvals, and coordination meetingsAssist in preparing as-built drawings and final documentation

Design and analyze mechanical systems for construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and related components, ensuring compliance with project specifications, operational requirements, and industry standards.Prepare, review, and optimize engineering calculations, simulations, and CAD-based models to evaluate system performance, improve efficiency, and ensure effective mechanical design solutions.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, consultants, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems into the overall construction framework.Prepare and submit mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, technical documents, and method statements for consultant review and approval.Manage consultant comments, design revisions, and approval cycles to secure timely consultant approvals and maintain project progress.Coordinate with relevant authorities (such as Civil Defense, Municipality, utility providers, and other regulatory bodies) to obtain required approvals, permits, inspections, and compliance certifications for mechanical systems.Ensure all mechanical works comply with local authority regulations, international standards, and project-specific requirements throughout design, execution, and handover phases.Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and final inspections of mechanical systems to verify performance, safety, quality, and operational reliability.Monitor site progress, execution quality, and construction schedules to ensure mechanical works are delivered on time, within budget, and according to approved plans.Identify technical challenges and develop practical engineering solutions based on site conditions, consultant requirements, authority feedback, and project objectives.

Conduct frequent site inspections, proactively identifying and mitigating hazards before incidents occur, ensuring a safe work environment for all.Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and training initiatives, tailored to the specific construction project, empowering workers with the knowledge to protect themselves.Investigate accidents and incidents thoroughly, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence, contributing to continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations (OSHA, local codes, etc.), proactively updating procedures to reflect changes and maintain legal adherence.Manage and maintain all safety-related documentation, including permits, reports, and training records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for audits.Coordinate and lead safety meetings and toolbox talks, fostering a culture of safety awareness and open communication among workers, supervisors and contractors.Provide expert guidance and support to project managers and subcontractors on safety matters, helping them integrate safety into their daily operations.Evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs, using data to identify areas for improvement and drive a proactive approach to safety management.Oversee the proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE), ensuring that all workers have the appropriate gear and know how to use it.Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging safety technologies, incorporating innovations to enhance safety performance and prevent accidents.
