Office Administrator
What You Will Do: Welcome visitors, clients, and guests at the reception desk, ensuring a professional atmosphere and maintaining a clean, organized reception area.Handle incoming calls by directing them to the appropriate departments and taking accurate messages when necessary.Maintain accurate records of key issuance and returns, including office and company vehicle keys.Coordinate company car usage, manage meeting room bookings, and schedule appointments for the driver and photographer.Oversee office inventory, including supplies, pantry items, printer toners, and assets. Procure necessary items, submit invoices to Finance, and coordinate with suppliers for maintenance.Administer the CRM system (Bitrix24), including user management, data entry, customization, and performance monitoring. Recommend and implement system improvements as needed.Ensure all portal leads are promptly entered into the CRM system and escalate technical issues to the Line Manager.Prepare and submit weekly lead reports to the Sales Director and Sales Coordinator. Issue regular reports and reminders to agents for CRM data clean-up.Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Directors and sales team, including managing correspondence, document filing, and maintaining office systems and procedures.About the opportunityThis position will keep the office running smoothly by carrying out a range of administrative and operational tasks. We strongly believe in supporting our team members to succeed in their roles. APEX CAPITAL offers: Salary range: 3500-4000, salary will be commensurate with experience. Property Sales Consultants deal with the purchase, sale and rentals of residential property.Common tasks involved and typical work activities tend to include:Collecting information about a property and arranging for the appropriate marketing material to be created.Keeping up to date with the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai.Creating and attending property viewings.Negotiation with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/ landlords from viewing through to offer stage.Monitoring sales and rentals as they proceed with the assistance of our Admin and Property Leasing team.Regular engagement calls to all clients following up after each viewing.Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market.Generating new business via the companies database and through networking.Property Sales Consultants will also liaise with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, sales Admin and other real estate agencies during transactions.
