Develop and maintain detailed 3D architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other relevant software.Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and other team members to integrate design concepts into the BIM model.Coordinate and manage model updates, revisions, and design changes throughout the project lifecycle.Assist in the creation of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.Ensure accuracy and quality control of BIM models by adhering to project standards, best practices, and client requirements.Participate in clash detection and resolve any conflicts or issues related to the BIM model.Generate 3D renderings and visualizations for presentations and client reviews.Assist in the development of BIM-related processes and workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration.Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Supervise and manage site execution of mechanical works such as HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems.Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals for approval.Conduct inspections and oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.Ensure project activities are completed within budget, schedule, and quality standards.Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for the Project Manager.Resolve technical issues on-site and recommend corrective measures.Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines and company quality policies.Maintain proper documentation of site activities and QA/QC inspections.

Lead the mechanical engineering scope for static equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, separators, filters, and related components.Develop and review technical specifications, datasheets, material requisitions, and technical bid evaluations for static equipment packages.Ensure all designs are in compliance with project requirements, client specifications, and international codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, TEMA, ASTM).Interface and coordinate with other engineering disciplines such as Process, Piping, Civil/Structural, and Instrumentation.Review and approve vendor documents, ensuring alignment with project specifications and schedules.Support design reviews including HAZOP, HAZID, 3D Model Reviews, etc.Provide technical input and resolution to queries from procurement, vendors, and construction teams.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering deliverables as per project schedule and standards.
