☕ Business Development & Sales
• Identify and approach potential clients within the HORECA segment.
• Present and promote our product portfolio (Pastry & Gelato).
• Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery, quality service, and adequate stock availability for clients.
� Client Relationship Management
• Build long-term partnerships with key customers.
• Maintain regular communication and provide outstanding after-sales support.
• Ensure daily route plans, conduct market & customer visits, industry events or exhibitions.
� Market & Performance
• Monitor competitor activities, upselling strategies, seasonal campaigns and market trends.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
