· Receive and inspect incoming goods.· Record and update inventory levels in the stock book in VP (WHMS)· Organize and store goods in designated areas.· Fulfill and process orders for customers.· Coordinate with the Purchase dept & suppliers for timely delivery of materials.· Maintain Housekeeping activities in warehouse· Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders as needed.· Daily / timely update inventory transactions.

Safely transport clients to their destinations in a professional and timely manner, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with luggage, opening doors, and ensuring their comfort throughout the journey.Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the limousine, both inside and out, to create a positive and luxurious experience for clients.Plan routes and familiarize oneself with the area to efficiently navigate and avoid delays or traffic congestion.Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, dispatchers, and team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues or concerns.Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure, fuel levels, and fluid levels, to ensure the limousine is in good working condition.Stay updated on local events, attractions, and road closures to provide clients with helpful information and recommendations.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure the safety of clients.Continuously improve driving skills and stay up-to-date with traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety and satisfaction of clients.Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and trip details for reporting purposes.
