An experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our fast-paced team in the FMG industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day procurement operations, coordinating with suppliers, tracking deliveries, and ensuring that materials and products are available on time to support our business needs.Manage procurement activities including raising purchase orders, sourcing suppliers, and tracking deliveries.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers.Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and ensure timely supply.Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.Monitor stock levels and assist in planning inventory replenishments.Resolve any issues related to delayed shipments, discrepancies, or damaged goods.Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining strong vendor relationships.Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures.
