TALENT ACQUISITIONØ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for junior to mid-level roles across corporate and group businesses.Ø Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies.Ø Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Ø Prepare and share daily,weekly and monthly reportsØ Support on-boarding activities for new hires, including documentation and first-day preparations.Ø Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for future hiring needs.Ø Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and organizational policies. Act as a point of contact for candidates, fostering positive engagement throughout the recruitment life cycle.2. GENERAL HRØ Preparing separation checklists and Attendance timesheets on time wIth creating and submitting monthly payrolls on time .Ø Must have thorough knowledge of the UAE & GCC labor laws to verify final settlement calculation, and other MOHRE related tasks.Ø Handle employee/ex-employee queries on and visa cancellation or any other requests/queriesØ Preparing documentation for termination cases that arise out of an employee’s medical unfitness, death or disability at work and coordinate with Insurance, Travel desk and HR teams for case closureØ Monitor and track employee’s exit status for legal complianceØ Process active employee’s visa renewals in coordination with their respective Line Managers for their confirmation on employee’s renewal approval.Ø Analyzing the KRAs with the reporting manager3. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENTØ Design effective training modules and deliver for all departments.Ø Conduct induction programs for new hires, covering company values, SOPs, retail processes, and customer service standards.Ø Facilitate ongoing training sessions on soft skills, behavioral competencies, and conflict resolution.Ø Provide targeted coaching and mentoring to improve customer handling, up selling techniques, and product knowledge.Ø Collaborate with HR and Operations to identify skill gaps and develop training plans accordingly.4. EMPLOYEE WELFARE and EngagementØ Support the implementation of employee welfare initiatives, well being programs, and engagement activities.Ø Monitor employee morale and recommend proactive measures to improve workplace satisfaction.Ø Oversee on-boarding and induction experiences for outlet employees to ensure smooth integration.Ø Participate in recognition programs and employee satisfaction surveys.Ø Organize company events on regular basis as per the schedule and instructions received from management .Ø Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Ø 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in Factory or manufacturing industry or multi‑site operational environments.Ø Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices.Ø MALE CANDIDATES ARE PREFERRED.
