· Performance Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the performance metrics of all outlets, including sales data, customer footfall, inventory turnover, and GP.
- Utilize data modelling and statistical analysis techniques to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
· Reporting & Presentation:
- Prepare detailed reports and visually engaging presentations summarizing findings, actionable insights, and recommended solutions for regional heads.
- Share results in meetings with stakeholders, effectively communicating complex data in a clear and concise manner.
· Operational Efficiency:
- Identify inefficiencies in operations and propose strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Benchmark the performance of individual outlets against industry standards and best practices.
· Collaboration:
- Work closely with regional heads, store managers, and operational teams to gather qualitative insights and validate quantitative findings.
- Support the implementation of recommended strategies and initiatives designed to improve performance metrics.
· Market Research:
- Conduct market analysis to understand competitive activities, customer preferences, and industry trends that may impact outlet operations.
- Utilize insights from market research to suggest pricing strategies, product assortment adjustments, and promotional activities.
Project Management:
- Manage projects related to performance improvement initiatives, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met.
- Follow up on action plan from previous presentations and ensure accountability from various teams.
· Tools and Technology:
- Utilize business intelligence tools, data analytics software, and presentation applications to enhance analysis and reporting processes.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies that can streamline data analysis and reporting.
