Job Title: Chargehand
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Chargehand to supervise and coordinate daily site activities. The ideal candidate will support the foreman in managing workers, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of workers on-site

• Assign daily tasks and ensure proper execution of work

• Monitor productivity and report progress to the foreman/site supervisor

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

• Assist in resolving on-site issues and worker concerns

• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition

• Ensure work is completed within deadlines

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chargehand or similar supervisory role

• Basic knowledge of construction/site operations

• Ability to manage and motivate workers

• Physically fit and able to work in site conditions

• Knowledge of safety regulations is a plus
