Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 9,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years of UAE experience to manage project costs, contracts, and financial aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in infrastructure, roadworks, and earthworks projects, ensuring cost efficiency and value throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs

• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget

• Prepare and evaluate interim valuations and final accounts

• Manage variations, claims, and contract administration

• Review and verify subcontractor payments and invoices

• Analyze project drawings and specifications for cost implications

• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and procurement teams

• Prepare cost reports and financial forecasts

• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the UAE

• Strong experience in infrastructure, roadworks, and earthworks projects

• Excellent knowledge of cost estimation and contract management

• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is preferred

• Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with contracting companies

• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi municipality standards

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
