Job Title: QA/QC Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 9,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer with 5–8 years of UAE experience to ensure that all construction activities meet quality standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in infrastructure, roadworks, and earthworks projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality documentation

• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards

• Conduct inspections for materials, workmanship, and completed works

• Prepare and review Inspection Requests (IRs) and Material Submittals

• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors on quality matters

• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, method statements, and ITPs

• Maintain QA/QC records, reports, and documentation

• Identify non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions

• Support audits and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• 5–8 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in the UAE

• Strong experience in infrastructure, roadworks, and earthworks projects

• Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and documentation

• Familiarity with ITPs, method statements, and inspection processes

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic AutoCAD knowledge

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• ISO certification or QA/QC-related certifications (preferred)

• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi municipality standards and regulations

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
