Job Title: Foreman

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Foreman with 2–3 years of UAE experience to supervise site workers and ensure smooth execution of daily construction activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing teams on infrastructure or earthworks projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage site workers and daily operations

• Assign tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and on time

• Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, and project team

• Monitor work progress and report to the site engineer/project manager

• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment

• Maintain discipline and productivity on-site

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

• Resolve basic site issues and worker concerns

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Foreman in the UAE

• Experience in infrastructure, roadworks, or earthworks projects

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Basic understanding of construction drawings and site execution

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Physically fit and able to work in site conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with contracting companies

• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and site practices
