Ensure adherence to Qatar’s construction standards and regulatory requirements

Coordinate effectively among contractors from various disciplines to maintain workflow and resolve conflicts related to civil, MEP, and electrical domains.

Follow up on design-related issues and ensure timely resolution in coordination with design teams

Supervise civil contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality, progress, and compliance with project specifications

Issue formal notices regarding delays and respond professionally to communications from and to contractors

Review and assess material submittals, method statements, and risk assessments to ensure suitability and compliance

Prepare and submit all required site documentation to Consultant and Client in accordance with project protocols

Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and safety measures rigorously

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and achievement of project milestones

Demonstrate flexibility to work under pressure and extended hours when required

Exhibit a high level of dedication, responsibility, and professionalism in all aspects of site management
