Lead the preparation, submission, and negotiation of contractual claims including Extension of Time (EOT), prolongation cost, disruption, acceleration, and variation claims.
Review contracts, notices, correspondences, and project records to identify claim opportunities and contractual entitlements.
Coordinate with planning teams for Time Impact Analysis (TIA), Time Sliced Window analysis, critical path review, and schedule substantiation.
Coordinate with commercial and finance teams to quantify cost impacts associated with claims and variations.
Review and respond to client, consultant, subcontractor, and supplier claims, counterclaims, and disputes.
Maintain claims registers, notices tracker, and documentation logs for all ongoing projects.
Ensure all contractual notices and submissions are issued within prescribed timelines and contractual requirements.
The incumbent shall possess strong construction knowledge with the ability to accurately assess and quantify the impact of delays on project timelines.
The incumbent is required to have in-depth Update & Baseline Knowledge
Support project teams in drafting contractual letters, notices of delay, disruption events, and reservation of rights notices.
The candidate must have comprehensive knowledge of key industry protocols and practices, including but not limited to SCL, AACE International guidelines FIDIC contract and DIAC.
