The role also involves supervising customer service agents and coordinating driver schedules. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational and communication skills, fluent in Arabic, English, and Tagalog.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise 50+ staff, including domestic workers and customer service representatives.
Oversee driver scheduling for staff transportation (pick-up and drop-off).
Ensure high-quality service delivery, resolve complaints, and maintain client satisfaction.
Conduct staff performance evaluations, training, and development.
Manage daily operations, staff scheduling, and adherence to company policies.
Perform administrative duties including report preparation and record keeping.
