- Develop and implement advanced irrigation and fertigation systems, ensuring precise nutrient delivery and water management for optimal plant growth and resource conservation.
- Oversee the integration of environmental control systems (HVAC, lighting, CO2 enrichment) to maintain ideal conditions for plant health and productivity.
- Manage and train greenhouse staff on operational procedures, best practices, and safety protocols to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation related to greenhouse operations, design projects, and research findings.
