Onsite HR Operations
Serve as the primary HR contact for all site/camp-based employees
Handle daily HR requests including letters, confirmations, and employee queries
Support onboarding and induction of new employees at site
Leave, Attendance & Absence Management
Manage and track leave applications, absences, and attendance of the workforce
Maintain daily attendance and manpower status records
Coordinate leave and attendance data with central HR and payroll teams
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Handle workforce grievances, complaints, and disciplinary matters at site
Support conflict resolution and escalate serious issues to HR/management
Ensure company policies and site rules are communicated and followed
Camp & Workforce Coordination
Handle HR-related matters linked to site camp accommodation and employee welfare
Coordinate with site supervisors, foremen, and camp administration
Support workforce discipline and well-being at site level
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain updated employee files and site HR records
Prepare daily and weekly HR reports on attendance and manpower strength
Assist during audits or inspections related to workforce management
