• Meeting employees for Investigation – Handling performance management meeting and Investigations
• Conduct exit interviews
• Support People Development team with store HR Audits
• Coordinate HR Related tasks with Licensor HR
• Work closely with the operations & People Development Team for the succession planning
• Work closely with all stores Area Managers and Restaurant Managers for each store's monthly motivational plans
• Support Recruitment activities and manage all related reports and presentations
• Keep record of all the Supervisors & Managers trainings
• Arrange First Aid / Fire Safety training as per requirement and maintain their records
• Keep track promotion recommendation
• Keep record of Supervisors & Managers stations training evaluations on monthly basis
• Provide report to licensor team for supervisors & managers training / certification status
• Ensuring the required manpower is available for the opening of any new stores
• Conduct training support audit in the restaurants
• Other task assigned by the Line Manager
