Conduct thorough site inspections and quality control checks of MEP installations, identifying and rectifying deficiencies to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Review and approve MEP shop drawings, submittals, and material selections, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and other construction professionals to coordinate MEP activities and resolve technical issues effectively.
Prepare and maintain detailed MEP project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings, for accurate record-keeping.
Participate in project meetings, providing updates on MEP progress, addressing concerns, and proactively identifying potential risks.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards, promoting a safe and compliant work environment.
Monitor drawing / material / work conformances with provisions as per specification / DEWA/Civil Defense and JAFZA regulations.
Check the activities on site and provide the necessary reminders to the Project Director, Construction Manager and the Planning Engineer for any immediate action.
