Analyse business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS HCM solutions.
Manage a team of other technical and techno-fuctional team members in assigning, reviewing their tasks and extracting deliverables in a timely manner.
Configure and customize Oracle EBS HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, OTL, and I Recruitment. Hands-on work is expected.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
Develop functional specifications and work with technical teams to implement custom solutions.
Perform system testing to ensure configuration and customizations meet business requirements.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting assistance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive HCM solutions.
Document system processes, configurations, and user guides.
At least 8 years of relevant experience in implementing (full cycle) ebs hrms modules.
Deep understanding of Oracle EBS HRMS Functional area
Excellent communication, inter-personal skills are required.
