Develop and implement project-specific HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) plans
Conduct risk assessments for MEP activities
Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
Perform daily site inspections to identify hazards
Review and issue permits
Ensure all required precautions are in place before work starts
Conduct daily/weekly toolbox talks
Train workers on PPE usage, electrical safety, fire prevention and emergency procedures. Induct new workers on site safety rules
Report accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions. Conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis. Recommend corrective and preventive actions
Maintain PPE records and inspections
Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers & subcontractors
Conduct fire drills and evacuation drills
Maintain records of safety inspections, training session
Prepare reports for audits and client review
