Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Senior Business Analyst with a recognized financial qualification (CA/CMA/CPA) and strong experience in Power BI and data analytics. The ideal candidate will combine financial expertise with data visualization and business intelligence to support strategic planning and decision-making across departments.

• Lead financial and operational analysis to support strategic initiatives and performance tracking.
• Design and develop dynamic dashboards and business reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Analyze large datasets to derive business insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain data models that support forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking.
• Present insights and analysis to management with clear business narratives and visualizations.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to streamline reporting and automate workflows.
• Support P&L analysis, cost control, and business planning using structured data-driven approaches.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with reporting standards.

• Qualified CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent certification is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, FP&A, or financial data reporting.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and report publishing.
• Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of SQL and ERP/BI systems.
• Excellent financial acumen with the ability to translate data into business value.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC market preferred.
