Job Summary:

The Service Advisor is responsible for acting as the primary contact between customers and the service department, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient handling of multi-brand and premium vehicle repairs and maintenance. This role involves advising customers on required services, coordinating with the workshop, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, understanding vehicle issues and documenting them accurately.
  • Provide service estimates, timelines, and explain necessary repairs.
  • Coordinate with the workshop team to prioritize vehicle service and monitor progress.
  • Promote additional services, maintenance packages, and accessories.
  • Ensure quality control and follow up with customers post-service.
  • Handle customer complaints and build strong customer relationships.
