Job Title: Site Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to support day-to-day site operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing construction activities, ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily site activities and workforce

• Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with surveyors, foremen, and subcontractors

• Monitor site progress and prepare basic reports

• Review engineering drawings and assist in implementation

• Support in managing materials, manpower, and equipment

• Help identify and resolve technical issues on-site

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Conduct site inspections and quality checks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• 1–2 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role

• Basic knowledge of construction methods and site operations

• Experience in infrastructure or earthworks projects is a plus

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office

• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi municipality standards

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
