Job OverviewThe function of the Butcher is to achieve the successful operation of the Meat Department. His aim is to maximize sales and profit whilst maintaining contractual obligations, company policies and procedures and complying with all the legal requirements within Qatar.A Butcher will also be Exposure to different environmental conditions such as cool and warm temperatures.
