At least 4 years of experience in architectural and construction design. Thorough knowledge of building codes, safety standards, industry trends, and regulations. Proficiency in BIM and CAD 3D Max design tools and other relevant software, especially the MEPS system used by Abu Dhabi Municipality. The applicant must also be a current resident of the UAE.

Design & PlanningReview MEP design drawings, specifications, and BOQs for compliance with ASHRAE, NEC, IPC, and UAE authority requirements.Prepare technical submittals, material approvals, and shop drawings using AutoCAD/Revit/BIM.Conduct load calculations, HVAC duct sizing, electrical single-line diagrams (SLD), and plumbing layouts.2.
