We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be currently based in Qatar, with strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes. We are particularly interested in candidates who have recruitment experience in the Philippines and knowledge of the local market.The Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various technical and non-technical roles across our operations.Key Responsibilities· Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for engineering, construction, and staffing roles.· Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.· Use job portals, social media, and networking to identify top talent.· Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and visa regulations in recruitment practices.· Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.· Maintain recruitment reports and database updates.· Represent the company in recruitment drives and job fairs.
