To ensure the successful delivery of projects and tasks undertaken by the in-house electrical team. This roleencompasses the full range of responsibilities, including conducting site inspections, performing servicing andmaintenance of all electrical assets, and ensuring all work adheres to established specifications, quality standards.Main Responsibilities1- Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) for electrical systems across all Shurooq destinations in accordance withthe approved schedule. Prepare PPM and service reports in compliance with the established checklist process.2- Carry out comprehensive electrical maintenance tasks, including: Installation and maintenance of electrical cables,wiring, controllers, and lighting systems. Inspection of electrical components, including Main Distribution Boards(MDBs), Sub-Main Distribution Boards (SMDBs), Distribution Boards (DBs), transformers, and circuit breakers.3-Identification of electrical issues using various testing devices.4- Repair or replacement of wiring, equipment, and fixtures using appropriate tools.5-Supervise the implementation of new power provisions by third-party vendors as per site-specific requirements.6- Prepare asset lists for new projects to ensure proper documentation and tracking.7- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and address them according to priority levels and timelines.8- Conduct site inspections to oversee and ensure compliance during fit-out work related to electrical systems.
