Position Overview:The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the real estate brokerage, ensuring the company’s strategic goals are met. The GM leads business development, sales management, operational efficiency, financial performance, compliance, and team leadership to drive sustainable growth and market leadership.Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Leadership • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals. • Lead annual planning, budgeting, and target setting. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. • Sales and Business Development • Drive growth in property sales, leasing, and property management services. • Set and monitor sales targets for agents and brokers. • Build and maintain relationships with developers, property owners, investors, and other stakeholders. • Operations Management • Oversee all brokerage operations, ensuring effective client service and operational excellence. • Implement and maintain operational processes, CRM systems, and reporting tools. • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards. • Team Leadership • Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing real estate agents and staff. • Foster a positive, performance-driven, and collaborative company culture. • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and skills development programs. • Financial Management • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. • Monitor P&L, manage operating costs, and ensure profitability. • Implement cost-control initiatives and revenue growth strategies. • Marketing and Brand Management • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns. • Strengthen the company’s brand presence across traditional and digital channels. • Represent the brokerage at industry events and networking opportunities. • Technology and Innovation • Drive adoption of modern real estate technologies, platforms, and tools. • Encourage innovation to enhance client experiences and operational efficiency.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • 8–12 years of real estate experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. • Strong understanding of real estate brokerage operations, sales strategies, and regulations. • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • High level of integrity, professionalism, and entrepreneurial mindset.Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of local and regional property markets. • Familiarity with CRM and brokerage management software (e.g., Salesforce, BrokerMint, or similar). • Financial acumen with strong budgeting and forecasting skills. • Ability to inspire, motivate, and build high-performing teams.
