Job OverviewWe are a growing restaurant group operating multiple outlets across the UAE. We are looking fora hands-on IT Support Engineer to manage IT infrastructure, POS systems, and technicaloperations across our outlets.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in networking, hardware troubleshooting, POSsystems, and IT support within the F&B industry, with the ability to respond quickly to operationalissues across different locations.Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork & InfrastructureConfigure and maintain routers, WiFi controllers, access points, L2/L3 switches, VLANs,VPNs, firewalls, and IP phones.Manage internet connections and coordinate with Etisalat for installations andtroubleshooting.Perform Cat6 cabling, labeling, testing, and repairs.Hardware & SystemsInstall and troubleshoot servers, SQL databases, laptops, desktops, printers, and CCTVsystems.Maintain antivirus systems, backups, shared folders, and FTP security.Install and maintain sound systems including music and amplifier setups.POS & Restaurant SystemsInstall, configure, and maintain POS hardware and software across outlets.Manage POS user accounts, licenses, and integrations with back-office systems.Support QR menu systems, guest waiting applications, and other restaurant digitalsolutions.IT AdministrationManage email hosting and website hosting.Create and manage staff email accounts and system access.Manage Google Business pages and Maps listings for outlets.Maintain asset management and IT documentation.
