We’re seeking a versatile Technical Sales Engineer to drive innovation from concept to commercialization, uniting technical design, customer growth, and investor strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem DesignLead cross-functional teams to design system architectures, ensuring alignment with technical requirements.Develop product specifications and UI/UX wireframes for internal tools and customer-facing platforms.Oversee prototyping and MVP development, collaborating with engineers to balance feasibility and innovation.Growth StrategyIdentify and onboard early adopters through targeted campaigns, leveraging social media, industry events, partnerships and more.Design end-to-end marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and capture leads.Convert high-value customers into strategic investors via equity partnerships or co-development opportunities.Investor Relations & FundraisingCraft compelling pitch decks and whitepapers to secure venture capital, grants, and crowdfunding.Build relationships with VCs, angel networks, and government innovation programs.Host demo days and webinars to showcase beta products, turning investor interest into pre-orders or equity deals.Customer DevelopmentPilot beta tests with select clients, gathering feedback to refine product-market fit.Use CRM tools to manage leads, track conversions, and nurture long-term relationships.Design loyalty programs to transform users into brand advocates and micro-investors.Brand BuildingProduce technical blogs, case studies, and video demos to position the company as a deep tech leader.Collaborate with PR teams to secure media coverage.Speak at conferences to amplify visibility among innovators and policymakers.QualificationsEducation: Degree in STEM field + MBA or equivalent entrepreneurial experience.Technical Skills: Proficiency in prototyping tools, data analysis (Python, SQL), and agile workflows and PM.Familiarity with deep tech domains (AI/ML APIs, blockchain protocols, IoT stacks).Growth Skills: Expertise in digital marketing (Google Ads, SEO, Meta, etc.), CRM systems, and sales funnels.Experience raising capital or managing crowdfunding campaigns.Soft Skills: Strategic thinker with the agility to pivot between technical deep dives and high-stakes pitches.Exceptional storytelling to simplify complex tech for diverse audiences.Network of contacts in tech, venture capital, or academia.
