Design Management & Coordination Lead the concept-to-completion design process for assigned projects, ensuring design intent aligns with the developer’s vision and market positioning. Manage external design consultants (architectural, interior, structural, MEP, landscape) and ensure design deliverables meet contractual scope, timelines, and quality standards. Conduct design reviews and value-engineering exercises to balance quality, functionality, and cost.
